Rail Maestro™ Support
Ongoing support is provided as part of the Rail Maestro™ service. All of our customers can contact our Help Desk as required for assistance during and after the implementation of the Rail Maestro™ system.

Additionally, help can be found on our Online Help Guide within Rail Maestro™. This guide includes step by step instructions for all features within Rail Maestro™ and a collection of frequently asked questions (FAQ), plus the ability to log a support call.
For customers using our hosted solution, we ensure Rail Maestro™ is secure and data is protected at our redundant data centre. The data centre is monitored 24/7 with various degrees of data backup protection.
Maintenance Periods
Rail Maestro™ is updated three to four times per year with new features and enhancements.
Rail Maestro™ has a select number of operators who assist in the testing process when releasing new features and enhancements. These partners ensure our product testing and quality processes in relation to the Rail Maestro™ product are maintained.
Customers will be informed of upcoming maintenance at least one week prior to the maintenance period. Customers are provided with appropriate information on the new release detailing updates and changes.
Implementation & Training
Avinet provides Project Management, Training and Support to all customers implementing Rail Maestro™.
To increase the speed and flexibility with the implementation of Rail Maestro™, training and support can be provided via remote web-based technology on a one-on-one or group basis. Onsite training can also be provided if the customer prefers this form of setup and training.
